Three contracts and one worker, all on Robinhood Chain: the venue, the fee splitter, the vault and the tokenized stocks share one chain, so no fee ever crosses a bridge. Every step is a transaction you can open in the explorer.

Launch

Compose the token once. MonaPad launches it on each verified venue through that venue’s own contracts, and registers the deployments on-chain under one launch.

Fees

The launch’s fee splitter is the venue’s creator-fee recipient. It can collect only that creator share, and splits it by a policy that is frozen at launch: creator, reserve, platform.

Reserve

The reserve share lands in the vault as ETH. A worker converts it into the tokenized stock you chose through an allow-listed Uniswap route, with slippage, size and deadline limits enforced by the contract.

    Fees are SOL on Solana. Moving them into the Robinhood Chain vault needs (1) a Solana-side program or custody key to receive them and (2) an off-chain keeper bridging through Relay. MonaPad runs no custodial wallets, so this stays off until a non-custodial route exists. Fee shares are also set by the creator after launch, not atomically.

Five states, never blended

A number on MonaPad says what it is. Money that has not been converted is not called a reserve, and balances are read from the contracts at a stated block rather than added up from events.

Reserve holdings do not automatically give token holders ownership, redemption rights, dividends, or guaranteed price support.

FAQ

Fees, ownership, chains and risk

Which fees can MonaPad actually collect?
Only the creator share of a venue’s trading fee. On Pons V2 that is 70% of the 1% fee (the other 30% is Pons’ protocol share and never reaches MonaPad), plus any creator tax. Your fee policy divides that collectible amount, not total trading volume. Fees still inside a venue are shown as accrued, never as collected.
Who owns and controls the vault?
The vault is a protocol-managed contract, not upgradeable and unaudited. Its admin can list assets and maintain routes and limits, but has no function to withdraw holdings, redirect a purchase or change a launch’s asset. You choose the withdrawal rule at launch and it is enforced in code: Locked (no one can withdraw) or Creator-controlled (the creator can, after a public 7-day notice).
What does “multichain” mean here?
Tokens deployed on different chains are independent deployments related under one launch. They do not share supply, are not bridged, are not fungible with each other and have no price link. Each destination needs its own wallet signature and succeeds or fails on its own. Today one venue is verified end to end; the others are listed with the exact dependency they are missing.
Do token holders own the reserve?
No. Reserve holdings do not automatically give token holders ownership, redemption rights, dividends, or guaranteed price support. There is no redemption or dividend function in the contracts.
What are the risks?
Smart-contract risk (MonaPad’s contracts are unaudited). Venue risk: Pons’ owner can re-point a launch’s fee recipient after a 3-day timelock, and post-graduation fees reach the splitter only when Pons’ sweep operator sweeps the pool. Asset risk: the Stock Token issuer can pause a token, block addresses, burn balances and upgrade the token; the tokens are not offered to U.S. persons and are restricted in other jurisdictions. Market risk: reserve purchases execute at market prices with slippage, and thin liquidity can delay them. Automation risk: if the worker is offline, fees simply wait; nothing is lost, but nothing is bought.
What is $MONAPAD, and where is its contract address?
$MONAPAD is the project’s own token on Robinhood Chain. Its contract address is published in the Token section of this page and nowhere else first; until it appears there, it reads “Soon” and any address you are shown elsewhere is not from MonaPad. It is separate from the reserve vault and carries no claim on fees, holdings, dividends or redemption.
Is there a testnet?
Robinhood Chain Testnet has neither the launch venue, nor Uniswap, nor the Stock Tokens, so the flow cannot run there. The test environment is a local fork of mainnet running the real contracts with test balances, and it is labelled as such on every screen.
